Orange, California-based Parker Technologies was founded in 2006 by partners Sean Massey, a mechanical engineer, and entrepreneur Robert Baeyens, together with the expertise of engineering experts Donald Henderson and Robert Moss. Parker Technologies is introducing the world to TapMate, the world’s first completely self-contained, simple-to-use draft beer flow measuring device.

Sean J. Massey
Partner/Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years experience designing flow meters for the oil, gas, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and waste water industries, applying his expertise to the restaurant industry was seamless. Sean spent 10 years in the restaurant and bar industry while attending college. Sean earned his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California.

Robert P. Baeyens
Partner/Chief Operations Officer

Robert Baeyens brings extensive business knowledge to Parker Technologies. Robert is responsible for all production in the United States and overseas. Robert has been an entrepreneur and real estate developer since college, earning a bachelors degree in Business and Finance from San Diego State University.

Donald K. Henderson
Chief Technical Officer

Don Henderson integrated his extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry into the restaurant industry. For 25 years, Don has been exposed to cutting edge, state-of-the-art technologies. Solving problems that have plagued the restaurant industry for decades were solved thanks to Don’s unparalleled technical knowledge. Don graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and earned his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Robert D. Moss
Technical Officer

Robert is responsible for directing all software and programming related projects associated with Parker Technologies. Robert earned his bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
