Limited Warranty
This product is warranted to work properly, as advertised, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The battery is excluded from this warranty. The use of any product with replacement parts or accessories, which are not manufactured or distributed by the manufacturer and which may affect product safety or performance, shall render this warranty and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, null and void.
Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within one year after the initial sale, the manufacturer, upon notification and receipt of the failed unit and upon substantiation that the product has been stored, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, shall correct such defects by suitable repair or replacement at its own expense.
The extent of our liability under this limited warranty is the repair or replacement provided above and in no event will our liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser of the product. We make no warranty as to the fitness of the product for any particular purpose or use.
Manufacturer’s recommendations
1. Recommended operating temperature is between 33 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Do not submerge unit in water, cleaning solutions or other liquids.
3. Install the product in its upright position with the male thread pointing upward.
Not covered under this warranty
1. Damage from negligence, misuse, abuse, accident or failure to follow operating instructions.
2. Changes or repairs by anyone other than Parker Technologies or an authorized repair service.
3. Damage because unit is improperly connected to the equipment of other manufacturers.
4. Cost incurred in shipping your unit to an authorized repair facility.
5. Any unit subjected to being submerged or flooded with water, cleaning solution or any other liquid will void the warranty.
6. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations listed above.
